Model Insurance Fraud
Comprehensive model law for states. Defines fraud — including attempted fraud. Also includes penalties, restitution, civil remedies, civil immunity for reporting fraud, and regulatory requirements for insurers. Fifteen states have adopted it wholly or partly.
